Overview
Densha de Go!! Hashirō Yamanote-sen (loosely translated to "Go by Train!! Let's Run the Yamanote Line") is an electric train simulation game developed by Taito and released by Square Enix for the PlayStation 4 on December 3, 2020 and the Nintendo Switch on March 18, 2021, both exclusively in Japan.
An enhanced home port of the 2017 arcade game Densha de Go!! (which only had part of the Yamanote Line and Chūō-Sōbu Line included), Hashirō Yamanote-sen features new game modes with the full Yamanote Line (clockwise, inner loop) along with new routes that run parallel with the loop (including the Saikyō Line, the Ueno-Tokyo Line, the Keihin–Tōhoku Line, and the Narita Express). It is the second game in the series to be primarily based on the Yamanote Line, with the first being Densha de Go! Tokubetsu-hen.
Additionally, this version includes a new objective-based campaign mode and PlayStation VR support.
